Michel Devos

Michel Devos has been active for more than 30 years in delivering software solutions for process industries, mainly in metal and food industries.  He started working at Cimtech as project manager for SCADA implementations. After a merge, he joined the AspenTech product marketing team with worldwide responsibilities on Information management family of products.  In 2002, he participated in the launch of Synthetis (Louvain-la-neuve, BE), acting in the management team.  In 2012, he started his own business as an independent expert helping customers with the objective of implementing a MES/MOM solution. He is assisting them to define strategic plans for Business Processes, Organization and Industrial IT. Currently Michel is currently vice-chair of the MESA EMEA Board and member of the MESA finance committee. He is one of the authorized instructor for the Global Education Program setup by MESA International.  He is also member of the "CLUB-MES", organization promoting MES in French speaking countries (France, Belgium and Switzerland).
